Integrative Psychiatry for Women’s Health
Blending conventional psychiatry and psychotherapy with mind-body tools, hormone support, functional medicine, and evidence- based complementary therapies.
Beyond Traditional Psychiatry: A Holistic Approach to Women’s Mental Health
Heartpoint Psychiatry and Wellness provides holistic, integrative mental health care for women across the reproductive lifespan—including support for menstrual cycle related mood changes, fertility challenges, pregnancy and postpartum transitions, and perimenopause.
Many women come to me after feeling unseen or uninspired by traditional psychiatry. Mental health is not just brain chemistry—it’s deeply shaped by hormonal rhythms, life transitions, and the cultural pressures women carry. My integrative approach addresses these complexities with thoughtful, personalized care.
I combine evidence-based psychiatric care with nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and mind-body practices to help treat the root causes of illness. I may utilize functional medicine testing and will work with you on digestive health. I also offer psychotherapy support around common themes such as parenting, unhealthy habits and addiction, relationships, sexuality, and gender identity. My goal is to help you reconnect with your authentic self and support you with the tools needed to move through life with greater resilience, joy, and clarity.
